I have thought abou...I assemble them one at a time. I have thought about going down the line with legs, ears, etc. but I was taught this way and continue the tradition or should we say habit! Part of it is, it is easier to keep them from drying too much if they are all under plastic in between assembling. Once the ears were on, I would have to keep them all uncovered.
