Before I got my license I got a prescription for glasses in case I flunked I just passed so I'm not wearing them till I need them. Mine were the kind made of multiple rings. Unfortunately my stigmatism increased to the point I can't wear them anymore so I am now a glasses on, glasses off kinda gal. I exercise it, but don't over do it. I now where two pair of glasses perched on the end of my nose. Especially when I'm weaving. It works.
