jz and i don't have typical work schedules - in other words we aren't monday to friday 9 to 5ers. working full time in real estate means i rarely have weekends off. my time off is spent at the studio making pots, which jz does full time...which means he tends to be there 7 days a week! but that is ok...it is where he wants to be.
i enjoy this offbeat schedule. it is freeing not to be doing the countdown to friday every week and living solely for the weekend. i have found the special times of everyday of the week...a tuesday afternoon at the movies, a long lazy lunch on a wednesday (and maybe a short nap!).
and here is the best part:
...never having to set the alarm :-)
