while blogging is a new and fun way to journal...it can never replace the experience of putting pen to paper. i savour the tactile qualities of stationary, paper, books...the way a nice writing instrument or brush feels in your hand...yesterday i came across the blog of craftspeople who make handmade journals. they are absolutely beautiful. i may need to own one... soon
