Seagrove road trip - part one Mark Hewitt, Pittsboro, NC

the first potter we visited was mark hewitt in pittsboro, nc. mark was a gracious host and gave us a tour of his beautiful studio, kiln shed and gallery.

it was a cold raw day in north carolina and we ended our visit by sharing some good sake with mark to warm our bones...

we came home with some gorgeous tumblers and a large covered jar...you can never have too many nice pots!
